Cancellation, Refund and Exchange
If you have not yet been shipped orders made with membership; You can cancel it through the account section on our website. If you have ordered without membership; You can contact us through our Support line at 0850 840 4046 or our email address [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel shipped orders from the page. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the returns section in the account section.
You can return the product that you are not satisfied with for any reason within 14 business days following the delivery. It is very important to send the products to be returned or exchanged complete, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
There is no difference if you make the payment by wire transfer or credit card. Once the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be made to you within 15 business days.
In cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, if there is no defect in the product caused by the seller, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
