You can add products to your orders in your basket that have not been paid for yet. We work with a shipping integration to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible. Since the shipping tracking code is created as soon as payment for your order is made, it is not possible to make additions after this stage.
Please check your order with the courier present. If your package is missing or defective: - Do not accept the delivery. - Attach a "Damage Detection Report" to the courier. - Send the product/package back to us with this report and the invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below regarding the situation.
